The Karate Training Program

You'll begin your classes as a novice along with other students who are beginning their training. With each class you'll learn self-defense movements, starting with the basics and advancing to the intricate. As your skills develop, so too will your precision, quickness, power and agility. You can progress though the Karate belt color ranks at a rate that you determine. The color of your belt will reflect your level of experience and proficiency.
